Chris Is part of the team at the National Youth Agency in Malta, Agenzija Zghazagh. He is a senior youth worker at Youth.inc. – an inclusive education programme, based on applied learning, for young people between the age of 16 and 21. Graeme is the lead author of the Progress Study on Youth, Peace and Security (UN), an Adjunct Lecturer in Law at Columbia University School of Law in NYC, and he serves on the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Transnational Justice (IJTJ). Lloyd Russell-Moyle is the Member of Parliament for Brighton Kemptown, and he has an extensive history in youth work, working with the Woodcraft Folk, National Youth Agency, Cafcass and the European Youth forum. Lloyd, now in the UK Parliament, is a strong advocate for a statutory youth service .
